Sponsored Referral & Support Program – Transparency Disclosure

The Sponsored Referral & Support Program allows community members, community centers, and partner organizations to submit referrals for senior-beneficial services. If a referral results in a successful transaction, flat-fee referral support may be issued to the referring party, and a portion of each transaction helps fund FAVSS.org programs for seniors.

Participating Sponsors Include:
• ADT Home Security
• Business & Commercial Loans (The Loans Rangers)
• Real Estate Advisory (Kokomo Beach LLC)
• Grandma’s Little Helpers (Senior Home Services)

Flat Referral Support (No Percentages):
• ADT Installations: $200 to referrer + Donation to FAVSS
• Business & Commercial Loans: $200–$500 to referrer + Donation to FAVSS
• GrandMas Little Helpers: $20 to referrer + Donation to FAVSS

Payments are issued only after a verified closed transaction. Amounts are fixed flat fees; no referral fees are based on loan amounts, commissions, property values, or percentages.

Mission Alignment:
A portion of each referral supports FAVSS.org programs that benefit seniors facing financial hardship, mobility limitations, and social isolation.

Related Party Disclosure:
Some sponsor organizations are owned or operated by FAVSS Executive Director Jeffrey Linn. These relationships are disclosed to maintain transparency and avoid conflicts of interest. Sponsorship participation is optional and non-exclusive.

Program Participation:
Submitting a referral does not guarantee approval of services. FAVSS.org is not responsible for outcomes between sponsors and referred parties. The program exists to help support seniors and community centers through voluntary participation.

Legal:
This program operates in compliance with Florida nonprofit law and without percentage-based commissions. All payments are flat-fee support contributions. No private inurement or excessive benefit is permitted.
